TRIPLER ARMY HOSPITAL
Oahu, Hawaii

Total renovation of the existing military hospital which includes, electrical, mechanical and sanitary systems such as waste-heat recovery, air-conditioning, power, TV and intercon systems

 

MEDICAL/DENTAL CLINIC
U.S. Naval Station, Cubi Point, Zambales, Philippines

Detailed design of a two-storey, 23,209-ft2 concrete-framed building with concrete floor, masonry walls, built-up roofing on concrete roof slab, intercom and paging systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

TCGI was involved in the topographic survey, soils/foundation engineering, civil design, and cost engineering.

 

MT. PINATUBO REHABILITATION- HOSPITAL COMPONENT
Central Luzon, Philippines

Infrastructure projects geared toward the medical welfare of affected residents around Mt. Pinatubo: a) Olongapo City General Hospital - a two-storey structure with 150 bed capacity, operating and emergency rooms and the latest medical facilities, b) Angeles City Emergency Hospital - a one-storey structure with 40 bed capacity, c) 8 health centers in Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan - each having 42 m2 floor area and furnished with shelves and cabinets.

TCGI provided assistance during engineering designs and technical evaluation. The company was engaged in other components of infrastructure construction and rehabilitation.

 

NATIONAL CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL BUILDING
E. Rodriguez Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines

A six-storey L-shaped building with a floor area of 950 m2 per floor. The main structure consisted of reinforced concrete frame, designed to rest on shallow spread footings with peripheral tie beams. The finished structure has complete plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

TCGI provided detailed design, including investigation of existing utilities, geotechnical analysis, cost estimates and preparation of tender documents.

 

BALER HOSPITAL
Quezon Province

The project involves the construction of Baler Hospital in Quezon Province,

TCGI undertook design review of the project as follows:

  2. Review of the basis of design and design criteria.
  3. Review of basic design for compliance to local codes and regulations.
